Terms of Service

The ground rules for using Seventh Letter Gaming's website, joining our community, sharing content, and connecting social accounts.

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Seventh Letter Gaming ("SLG," "we," "our," or "us") website at www.seventhlettergaming.com and the services, forms, community features, and integrations we make available through it.

By using the website or submitting information through its features, you agree to these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant features. Certain teams, competitions, collaborations, and purchases may be subject to additional written rules or agreements. Those specific terms will govern those activities if they conflict with these general website Terms.

2. Eligibility and younger members

SLG serves an esports community that may include younger players. If you are under 18, obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before applying for a team, submitting personal information, or using features that require consent, where applicable. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ participation where required.

You must meet the age requirements of any third-party service you connect, including TikTok. Do not connect an account or submit information on behalf of another person without appropriate authorization. Additional eligibility rules may apply to specific teams, events, and competitions.

3. Website and organization services

Our website may provide information about SLG, esports rosters, applications, team and staff portals, creator opportunities, content submissions, event announcements, merchandise links, and optional third-party account connections.

Availability and features may change. An application or website account does not guarantee selection for a roster, employment, paid work, coaching, sponsorship, tournament entry, prizes, or any other SLG opportunity. Participation and compensation, if applicable, must be confirmed separately by the relevant SLG representative or written agreement.

4. Community and acceptable use

Please participate respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against, or impersonate others.
  • Submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Cheat, manipulate competitions, or misrepresent roster membership or statistics.
  • Attempt to access another person’s account or SLG systems without permission.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or otherwise disrupt the website and connected services.
  • Use SLG branding to suggest an endorsement or partnership that has not been approved.

SLG may remove material, restrict access, or refer conduct to a platform or appropriate authority when reasonably necessary to protect users, the organization, or its services.

5. Accounts and security

Some features use account systems or third-party logins. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your own credentials, and notifying SLG if you suspect misuse of a connected SLG feature.

Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or private authentication tokens with SLG staff. Access to third-party accounts remains governed by those providers’ terms and security settings.

6. TikTok and other social account connections

The Connect with TikTok feature is optional. When you choose to connect, TikTok presents an authorization request and allows you to approve the requested access. Depending on the permissions you approve, SLG may receive basic profile details, username or profile information, and account statistics such as follower count.

SLG uses authorized information for creator and roster identification, internal reporting, and organization-level follower summaries. Our current workflow uses Google Apps Script and a private SLG-managed Google Sheet. Connecting TikTok does not give SLG permission to publish videos or posts on your behalf through this integration.

You may revoke SLG’s access in your TikTok account settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but may not automatically remove information already recorded in SLG systems. To request correction or deletion of previously saved information, use the contact method below and consult our Privacy Policy.

TikTok and other social platforms are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies. SLG is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok merely because it uses TikTok Login Kit.

7. Clips, applications, and user-submitted content

You retain ownership of original content you create. By submitting clips, artwork, photos, text, or other material to SLG, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it, including permission from identifiable people when required.

You grant SLG a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, review, and process content you submit for the purpose you selected. If you specifically submit content for SLG publication or promotion, that permission also covers reasonable editing, formatting, posting, and resharing on SLG-owned channels in connection with that purpose, with attribution where practicable.

You may ask SLG to stop future promotional use of your content. We will review reasonable requests, although previously shared material may remain on third-party platforms, in existing publications, or in legally required records. Please do not submit third-party copyrighted content without the necessary rights.

8. Roster profiles and public social links

With the member’s permission, SLG may publish a gamer tag, team or role, approved photograph, and social media links on public roster or announcement pages. Please notify us if your information is inaccurate or you want to discuss a public profile update or removal.

Public-facing profiles are different from the private reporting information we maintain in connection with authorized account integrations. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details.

9. Merchandise, events, and third-party purchases

SLG may link to merchandise sold by third-party providers, including JamUp Apparel. When checkout occurs on a third-party website, that provider’s terms, pricing, shipping, refund, and customer-service policies govern your purchase. Review those policies before placing an order.

Tournament organizers, event hosts, sponsors, streaming platforms, and other third parties may impose their own eligibility, conduct, payment, and participation rules. SLG does not guarantee the availability, pricing, performance, or results of third-party offerings.

10. SLG branding and intellectual property

The SLG name, logo, website designs, original graphics, and other organization materials belong to SLG or their respective owners. You may view and share links to our public pages for personal, noncommercial purposes, but may not copy, sell, alter, or use SLG branding commercially without permission.

Game titles, team names, logos, social platform marks, and other third-party properties remain the property of their respective owners. References to them do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

We work to keep SLG information current and services available, but provide the website and its features on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Roster information, event schedules, social statistics, and third-party links may change or contain errors.

To the extent permitted by law, SLG is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, interruption of services, or third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricts liability where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

12. Suspension or termination of access

We may restrict access to website features or remove content when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, repeated misuse, or violations of these Terms. Any separate team, staff, or creator agreement governs termination of that relationship.

Ending access to an SLG feature does not by itself remove data held by third-party services or cancel platform authorizations; please review the relevant account settings and our Privacy Policy for data requests.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Where required by law, we will give additional notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Questions and contact

For questions about these Terms, content permissions, connected social accounts, or requests related to SLG services, contact the organization at the address displayed below.

For information about access, correction, and deletion of stored personal information, see the Privacy Policy. This page is intended as a general website Terms draft; additional terms may apply to specific programs and written agreements.
